Question:  Will my pet be in contact with other people's pets while at your facility?
Answer:  No. In an effort to reduce the risk for illness and injury while you are away, we do not offer group play.

Question:  What should I bring for my pet(s)?
Answer:  You are not required to bring anything, but you are welcome to bring any comforts from home that you would like, such as bedding, food, food bowl(s), treats, & toys.  You do not need to bring a water bowl; using our own bowls makes it easier at check out time, since we don't have to pour water out and put a wet bowl in your bag.  However, if you would like to bring raised food bowls, then your water bowl will be used.  We use metal bowls, so if your pet(s) prefers to drink out of a plastic bowl or their specific bowl, you may bring those instead, and please make a note of any such special preferences.  Please label all personal items whenever possible.

Question:  If I bring food for my pet(s), how would you like for me to package it?
Answer:  Food can be brought in its original packaging, in a storage container of any kind, or you can portion it by daily amounts or by individual meals.  Please label food in some way with name & feeding instructions.

Question:  How many pets can be boarded in a suite?
Answer:  A maximum of 2-3 cats can be boarded per suite, depending on their size.  A maximum of 2-4 dogs can be boarded per suite, depending on their size.

Question:  What size suite will my dog stay in?
Answer:  All dogs will be booked in our large 4' x 8' suites. During busier times, single dogs under 15 lbs may be booked in our small 4'x4' suites or large 3'x4' cages, unless specifically declined by you.

Question:  Do you accept any breed of dog?
Answer:  Yes.  We accept all non-aggressive dogs, regardless of their breed.

Question:  How often do dogs go outside?
Answer:  Dogs get 3 potty/play breaks per day, approximately 5-15 minutes each time, depending on dog preference and weather.

Question:  How often are cats let out of their suite?
Answer:  Cats are given the opportunity for daily play time in our cat room.  How much time they spend outside of their suite will depend on how many cats there are boarding at that time and your cat's preference.  If they are not comfortable leaving their suite, they will not be forced to do so.

Question:  Will a credit card be needed to make a reservation?
Answer:  No.  However, if you are a new client, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $25 for each reservation made until you complete a boarding and become an established client.  If your reservation is kept, the deposit will be subtracted from the bill total.  If your reservation is cancelled, any deposit amounts will be applied to your first completed boarding.  You may pay deposits by credit card, cash, or check.

Question:  When is payment due?
Answer:  Payment is normally due at pick up.  If you should pick up your pet(s) earlier than expected, or if you should need them to stay longer than expected, then all charges will be up to date & current.
The only exception to this would be if you needed your pet(s) to stay for longer than 30 days.  In that case, a prepayment for the first two weeks will be due at check in, subsequent payments will be due on a monthly basis (starting from the date that you drop off), and any remaining balance will be due on the date that you pick up your pet(s).

Question:  Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Answer:  We do not charge a cancellation fee.  However, new and established clients with excessive cancellations may be subject to a $25 nonrefundable deposit per reservation.  If your reservation is kept, the deposit will be subtracted from the bill total.  If your reservation is cancelled, any deposit amounts will be applied to your first completed boarding.

Question:  What type of cat litter do you use?
Answer:
We use Special Kitty Natural Clay non-clumping cat litter.  This litter is included in your boarding charge, please do not bring litter from home.
You can upgrade to a biodegradable litter for an additional fee.  We use Exquisicat Naturals Corn Clumping Litter.

Answer:
