BOARDING

Charges are per day; a day is considered any 24 hour period or less. Charges begin when your pet(s) are dropped off. After any 24 hour period, charges for a new day begin.
It is not necessary to bring any supplies for feline or canine boarding, but you are welcome to bring comforts from home.

EXOTIC PET BOARDING

$10 per cage/tank (All cages/tanks, food, & supplies must be provided by you.)

*If you drop off or pick up after our scheduled appointment hours, you may be subject to an After Hours Fee of $10.

BOARDING DISCOUNTS - (Feline & canine boarding only.)

MULTIPLE PET DISCOUNT: Additional pets, of equal or lesser weight, boarding in the same suite are 1/2 off. (Maximum of 2-3 cats per suite, depending on size. Maximum of 2-4 dogs per suite, depending on size. Dogs & cats are not able to share the same suite.)
FOOD DISCOUNT: If you provide food, you will receive $1 discount per day, per pet.
LONG TERM DISCOUNT: If your boarding lasts 7 days or longer, you will receive $1 discount per day, per suite reserved.

LOYALTY PROGRAM - (Accounts will be evaluated on a yearly basis.)

Spend at least $250 to receive 5% off all services until your next evaluation.
Spend at least $500 to receive 10% off all services until your next evaluation.
Spend at least $750 to receive 15% off all services until your next evaluation.
Spend at least $1000 to receive 20% off all services until your next evaluation.
